The rigors of drum playing have been seriously addressed in this area of the Nd series pedal. The attaching hardware that tightens into the pedal board actually execute the function of axles that rotate in the heel plate, which is machined to a VERY tight tolerance for a completely solid mating of these components.

The cartridges that create the Drumnetics™ USA upper "Quad Pod" of magnets are 3D printed with Onyx™, micro carbon fiber filled nylon, a widely accepted industry brand which yields a light weight, yet very strong component

Getting more into current 3D printing technology as part of our manufacturing, the Nd series beater head is printed with a thermoplastic polymer which is a liquid that turns into plastic through a chemical reaction with UV light. It closely approximates a material called ABS, which is popularly used in various industries for its impact resistance and structural strength.

Greetings, all you meisters of drumming styles in our musical universe! It has become my pleasure to announce a partnership and beginnings of a new company!! With a network of design, multilevel manufacturing/CNC machining and quality control/final assembly, Drumnetics™ USA has emerged onto the interspersed pedal industry platform.
